- Schedule showings with your realtor

- Tour homes

- Take notes on each home for needs/wants


OFFER & NEGOTIATIONS

- The realtor will help research comparable

- Submit a strong offer

- Negotiate terms of the contract


ESCROW

- Deposit escrow money (ensure the deposit is traceable - review with lender if needed)

- Complete the loan process within contract timeline


INSPECTIONS

- Inspection ordered & paid for by the buyer

- Review the inspection report & determine

   if repairs need to be negotiated

- Address title work


FINANCING

- An appraisal will be ordered if

   you intend to obtain a mortgage

- Obtain homeowners insurance

- Receive clear to close


PRE-CLOSING & CLOSING

- Perform a final walkthrough

- Ensure all repairs are made

- Sign closing documents

- Receive your keys and celebrate
